I love this place. They go above and beyond. Linda, the office manager, always finds a spot for your appointment that works for me. People are friendly when you walk in and everyone remembers you and is friendly. You get a great teeth cleaning. My daughter went elsewhere and said she was spoiled because it was nowhere as good as Old Orchard Smiles. Oh, and then there is Toni. Who doesn't love Toni? Highly recommend this place

Needed a tooth extraction after finally not able to tolerate anymore pain. Sent an pre-dawn email and got a call back to have an appointment the same morning. Staff did a great job reassuring me I was in good hands. Dr Carrol did a fantastic job getting that ancient tooth out and now I’m so relieved to have had a experience with a procedure that no one looks forward to. Professional all the way!

I had my first visit here today and it was an excellent experience. Dr. Freeman explained the course of treatment and took his time to be sure I understood everything. My hygienist, Arnisha, was perfect. Pleasant, efficient, and sensitive about my comfort during the procedure. All charges were explained before the work started, factoring in what my insurance would likely cover. A very professional experience all around.

Dr. Wolf and her team are excellent! Special shoutout to Suzette who made my life on my last visit! She is so friendly and makes you feel super comfortable and relaxed before seeing the dentist, which is great for someone like me who always has nerves about dentist visits. Dr. Wolf is very thorough and professional. She has always treated me with kindness and respect and makes sure I understand exactly where we are with my oral health. I have a weird schedule and the whole team has been so accommodating, fitting me in where they can and making me feel like I'm a priority. You really can not ask for a better experience!!

Aside from being an excellent dentist, Dr Gellman and his staff have an incredibly positive attitude. Highly recommend.

First time customer, visited Skokie location for emergency. Mia was AMAZING! Super helpful & even held my hand cos I was being so extra about getting the shot. Dr. Brenner was amazing. Super patient & made sure I was comfortable & fully informed of my options. Honestly, I think this is the best experience I’ve had with any dentist. Very positive experience. The whole staff was great. Would give more than 5stars if I could!

I have been going to this practice for a few years now and, unlike many dentists ive visited, I feel like the professionals and admin staff genuinely have my best interests at heart. They care, and have gone out of the way to show up for me when I’ve had dental emergencies outside of office hours. Glad they are in my network!!!

The staff is friendly, pleasant, accommodating and extremely competent. Going to a dental appointment can be less than pleasant, but not so at Old Orchard Smiles!

Dr. Wolf is a excellent dentist and her hygienist Christie is great! barely felt her clean my teeth.

Had my first appointment March 2021. Extremely friendly and welcoming; everything felt clean and safe with the pandemic. Technicians and Dr. Freeman were all personable and extremely helpful. I appreciated that Dr. Freeman gave me a low-cost approach to trying to fix my toothache (buying over-the-counter sensitivity toothpaste) rather than automatically jumping to a more intense procedure. Felt very trustworthy and I will be looking forward to going back. Thanks!

It was my first time at the Dental Store yesterday, and my gosh, what a pleasant difference comparing to the previous place I went. Dr. Gelman is very professional, and to the point. He made sure that I understand what's going on, and he patiently answered all of my questions. And he did a fantastic job on my tooth. Thank you so much!!!

Very professional office, from initial contact on phone, to on line forms,to check out. Hygienist was fabulous, very kind and gentle. Dr Brenner was very professional and took time to explain dental plan for visit and future.

I see Dr. Geman at the Buffalo Grove practice but had trouble today...he and his staff fit me right in, were very kind when I got caught in traffic and were patient, thorough and put me at ease. He is looking carefully at all options.
