Old Orchard Smiles is now offering a Discount Membership program to patients.  Members will receive:

• Free preventative care (2 cleanings, x-rays, and exams worth up to $772)*
• 25% discount off standard rates for each service provided at Old Orchard Smiles
• No waiting periods, no pre authorizations, no claims processing,
• 25% discount off standard rates for specialty services provided at The Dental Store*

Membership Costs

• Individual $425 per year
• Each additional family member $350 per year (Immediate family and children <21 years of age, or <25 years if a full-time student)
